RECIPE NAME: AROMATIC LAMB KOFTE BROTH

|400 g||Lamb mince|
|1 chopped||Organic onion|
|500 ml||AM1NAH Liquid Gold Bone Broth Pili-Pili Lamb|
|1||Free range egg|
|1 tsp||Garam Masala|
|1 tsp||AM1NAH Rawganic Scotty Bons Chilli Oil|
|1 tsp||Sea salt|
|2 finely chopped||Shallots|
- To make the meatballs, mix the ingredients (mince, onion, garlic, egg, garam masala, turmeric, paprika and sea salt, coriander) well in a large bowl and divide the mixture into 8 meatballs, rolling it between your hands.
- To make the soup, heat the oil in a large pan, add the meatballs and brown on all sides, then remove and set them aside. Add the celery and shallots and cook until soft. Add AM1NAH Liquid Gold Bone Broth and add bay leaves. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat to a simmer – simmer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Add to bowls.
- Top bowls with the meatballs and pour over the aromatic broth. Add AM1NAH Rawganic Chilli Oil.
